Getting help, and reporting something broken

ShippedWorks today.

Support is email and answered by a person; feature requests and bugs go on a public board where you can see the reply and the status.

Something is broken

Put it on the public board. It appears there with whatever status it has been given — including declined, where the reason stays in the thread. No GitHub account? Email it and we will file it for you.

Do not paste a ledger, an API key or a bank statement into a public issue. If reproducing something needs your data, say so and it moves somewhere private.

Something is wrong with your account or your bill

support@countbean.com. It goes to a person.

Something is a security problem

support@countbean.com, and not the public board. If it affects other people’s data we will confirm receipt and tell you what we are doing about it.

What to expect

Countbean is small. Support is email, answered usually the same day, by the person who wrote the thing you are asking about. There is no phone line, no chat widget, and no tier of support you can buy — priority on the plans means your message is looked at first, not that a different team sees it.

Something here wrong or missing? Put it on the board — it is public, and the reply is in the thread.
